In fact, the train ride to, and from, Carbis Bay is one of the most beautiful train rides in the country. The train runs along the coast to the centre of St Ives, it’s a short ride but well worth it. Once in St Ives you will enjoy the numerous surf or family friendly beaches, restaurants and galleries as well as the old cobbled streets and artists retreats.

Alternatively, walkers will enjoy the scenic coastal path route to St Ives in around 25 minutes.
